Privacy Policy

When you use a free scan, we receive the resume text you paste and any optional target role. When you create an account or buy a plan, we store your email address and a billing identifier from our payments processor. We never request, store, or process the card details themselves — those go directly to Stripe.

Resume text is processed in memory to generate your ATS score, flags, and rewrites. We do not sell, rent, or share resume content with third parties, and we do not use it to train models. Free-tier scans may be discarded after the result is returned. Paid-tier rewrites are stored against your account so you can re-export them.

We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for authentication and storage, Stripe for payments, and an AI provider to generate scores and rewrites. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver the service.

You can delete your account, export your stored resumes, or request that we remove your data at any time by emailing privacy@pathfinder.app. If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, correction, and portability.

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
