Terms of Service

ResuMe analyzes resume text and produces ATS scores, recommendations, and optional rewrites. Free scans are available without an account; Pro and Pro+ require a subscription or one-time purchase.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use ResuMe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price quoted in your agreement until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. One-time purchases are non-refundable once consumed. If you're charged in error, email billing@pathfinder.app within 14 days and we'll work it out.

You agree not to:

• Submit content you don't have the right to use.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without a partner agreement.
• Try to overload, probe, or break the service or its infrastructure.
• Use ResuMe to misrepresent qualifications you don't actually have.

You keep ownership of every resume, cover letter, or piece of text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service back to you. ResuMe, our branding, and our software remain ours.

ResuMe improves how applicant-tracking systems read your resume, but we can't guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on the job market, role fit, and many other factors.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResuMe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
